Practicing yoga is a different experience for each individual. True, we want to do the same poses or asanas, but because someone’s body isn’t built exactly like the next person’s, the ease by which each of these people do the postures will vary too; reasons like age, injuries, flexibility, and the like may affect the way a person does yoga. Sometimes, we need a little help to do yoga and this is where props come in.
